Preset dimensions do not confirm compliance with government rules for pose, background, lighting, head size, expression or print quality. Check the current official requirements of the receiving authority.
Social media presets
Platforms can change recommended dimensions and compression behavior. Confirm current specifications before a paid or time-sensitive campaign.
DPI and image quality
Changing DPI metadata does not create missing pixel detail. Enlarging a low-resolution image may still produce a soft or pixelated print.
Data loss
Always keep an original copy. Browser limitations, memory pressure or unsupported formats may prevent processing.
